t45 to tr3650 swap help

hey i just did the tr3650 from t45 swap in my 96 GT with a FULL PI swap. I have everything worked out but 2 issues.
1)It vibrates like mad. I already cut the crossmember, knowing that was a major reason for it, but it still does. At higher revs in lower gears it is bad, and highway speed in 5th feels like im constantly on rumble strips.
2)the tranny is 100% brand new. we even took it apart to make sure. It sounds like something in the tranny is always spinning, even in neutral. All of my gears work great without grinding, except for first. It grinds every time, and it sounds like something is spinning and hitting the gears.
any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!

Two things, why did you cut the crossmember and sounds like your shifter fork isnt holding the gearset where it is supposed to, maybe bent. I have raced with 3650's for a few years now, launching at 5800 and shifting at 6200 and have bent a couple forks then broke them, and it sounds this way.

Not a problem, I have been there before too and asked lots of questions. I do not profess to be of much knowledge however, but have learned a lot wrenching my on own junk. When I read Whiteninetysix problem, it sounded a lil familiar so thought I would chime in. These trannys are pretty tough contrary to what some have expressed but shifting has a lot to do with it. BTW Snakebite, love the all black look you got going there, looks badass.
