25-35rwhp from a CAI??
While reading the latest issue of 5.0 Magazine (yes, I know I own a 4.6) there's an ad in the back for JLT Performance http://www.jlttruecoldair.com/
They claim 25-35rwhp from their cold air intake. Sounds good IF it's true. Has anyone actually used a JLT intake on here or any other forums?

I would call BS on that also. MAYBE in conjuction with an entire air/exhaust overhall which would include (as a minimum) CAI, headers, mid-pipe and cat-back.
You can jam all the air you want into the front, it still has to get out. Conversly, you can make the exhaust as 'free' as you want, there is only so much air being taken in to begin with. The entire system ought to be redone for maximum gains, which is certainly what they are claiming.

You will not gain THAT much from a JLT, but it is probally one of the best CAI's on the market right now. His design dramatically reduces IAT Temps by about 20* and improves airflow like you would not believe.
The vehicle will need to have a tune on it (for 03 cobra's at least, not sure on standard 4.6) because the car runs lean with this kit on it.
We are a distributor for JLT, so let me know
