Fuel pressure gauge

Looking to hook up my fuel pressure gauge in my a pillar but i have been told by many i will have to get an electronic one if i wanna pass all track regulations. Is there an way i can use a mechanical gauge inside the car legally?

yes... you'd have to run a isolator, and it has to be at least 6" in front of the firewall....

is there some reason you don't want to run an electronic gauge?

Not sure about legalities of running a mechanical gauge in the car at the track or something but pure safety I would not run it inside the car.

Spend the 300+ and get the electronic one. Worth it 100%

Since I do know the legalities of it, you need to order part # ATM-5282, available from summit racing for $94.88

that will allow you to run oil, fuel or coolant gauges in the car and be NHRA legal

Just get the electric one. Much easier and just as good IMO
