Question Head Gaskets

For the guys here that have a rebuild, which gasgets did you use?

Factory FORD, they are a multi layered steel gasket much like Cometic. Might as well add the ARP head studs while in there to

I went with the latest available version of Ford headgaskets & ARP studs as well.

I'll be using cometic gaskets on my build, along with ARP hardware throughout

The Ford stock gaskets are actually produced by FelPro. The '03-'04 Cobra's get the MLS via Cometic. Either will work fine for you. I've seen the FelPro/Stock Ford gaskets support 800Hp without a flinch.
