Why would you run a small base circle cam? They are prone to flexing and are just BAD. get the right cam and use the Link-bar style lifters.

It s because i buy a used one and i can t adjust the rocker without have a longer push rod , and i can t stop this valvetrain noise .

At ½ turn preload , valvetrain is noisy and at ¾ turn preload it s more noisy . I dont understand what s happen .

Thanks :4:

Yeah, should take stock-length push-rods then.

The rockers need to shimed, the pedistil mount rockers are torqued to 15/20 ftlbs. :

The rockers need to be shimmed if there is too LITTLE clearance, what he sounds like he's dealing with is too MUCH clearance, which shims aren't going to help with. It sounds like an adjustable pushrod is in order to find what length of pushrod you need.

Look at this , why crane give 2 kind of push rod , stock lenth and .117 longer than stock .

when i torque the rocker to 18ft lbs i have hum .. .050-.060 of gap between the valve .

my head are about .003 shaved .

Maybe!!! You COULD spend the 15 bucks and get an adjustable pushrod to CHECK.
