89 mustang 5.0L twin turbos
#3
But on a Turbo you have a Exhaust IN (Witch spools the turbo), and exhaust OUT witch goes out your tail pipes.
Then you have air INTAKE witch your air filter will be on, witch will be in the center of the snail.
Then you have your air EXIT witch goes into your throttle body.
So to answer your question YES you need to run a pipe from the headers to the turbos to spool them and creat boost
As KillDozer said you need to read more about setting this up. Since your not sure on how to do the basic of it, witch is no problem lfor all we no this could be your first time dealing with turbos/forced induction.
Im assuming by your user name you have a 89 Mustang 302?
As you should also read, when your getting into forced induction, your going to need Larger injectors...your 19 lb/hr's just wont cut it...depending on the amount of boost you plan on running your going to need 36 maybe even 42 lb/hr. injectors!
Just to let you know I have 39 lb/hr's for sale they flow the exact same as a 42 so keep that in mind!
What else is done to your car? have you done Heads/Cam/Intake yet?
All information would really help this situation out.
If this Info is not useful, ask us what your unsure of....There are many guys who can help you out.
