Lets Make it Fatter, I mean Faster.......

Friday, Sept 7, 2007 @ 6:00pm till 11:00pm
Me and a couple buddies decided to tackle my HOWLING rear end!!!!! It was really pissing me off
Last time I tryed it myself and that didn't go over very well! Went from 2:73's to 3:27's then it was finished and it HOWLED BAD like very BAD!
That was last year...!
So today it was time to go from 3:27's to 3:73's and nobody would even look at my rear end never mind changing then for me.
So it needed to be done so we decided to do it our selves! and after $100.00 and a case of beer she was all done!
Then it was time for the test drive.....DUM, DUM, DUUMMMMMM.................!

Took it for a drive and there was this little sound, so little I had to go on a quite road with the windows down and no music, I was so happy I then new it was time for the main event ENGINE SWAP!!!!!!!

Monday, Sept 10, 2007 @ 1:00pm till 9:00pm

Well today sucked....
Woke up at 12:00pm WTF I damn near slept to the next day lol.......
I guess I had a hard time on 4hrs of sleep the night before! Oh well.
Anyways...
- Removed passengers side front fender.
- Peeled all the stuff off the engine that I needed like A/C Compressor, Alternator, Starter, Etc....
- Got under the car and prepped the underside of the car, and painted the entire under side along with the engine bay, now it looks right clean!!!
Other then that it wasn't very exciting.
the rest of the day we had a few beers!

More pics coming soon....

Maybe tomorrow it might be more busy.
Soon the new one is going in the empty whole, cause I'm tired of flint stoning it all over town the damn car is to heavy and hard on the feet...... lol

Are you putting all your "goodies" on the new motor before you set it in the engine bay?
