loud knocking after heads install HELP!

Hey, i just recently installed edelbrock performer rpms, with edelbrock 1.6 roller rockers and new pushrods. The car was fine when we took it for a test drive. When i went to take it home i pushed it a few times to see how it performed and when i got in my neighborhood i could hear a loud knocking/ticking.
it sounds like all the rockers are knocking/ticking.. Now i know they are supposed to be louder which they were but this is an extremely loud knock.. i have the stock valve covers which we grinded to make fit. i thought maybe they were hitting but it started only after about 10 min of driving. Is it possible the rockers got loose? or i bent my pushrods? sorry for the long question.

How much piston to valve clearance did you have with those heads

I figured it out when I saw that I had zero oil pressure lol. My oil pump seized and the hardened oil shaft snapped. Hopefully I didnt damage anything

...most likely you pull apart the oil pump and you'll find a tiny piece of gasket...seen it happen before after a intake change...the piece was 3mm in size, pulled it out put it back together and turned fine...too bad the guy driving the car didn't agree with his expensive gauge and decided to drive it...he got a complete engine..lol..good thing you didn't drive yours long
