SCT iTSX Tuner

Thinking of ordering one of these along with the custom tune from Steeda.ca.

Anyone had any experience with either the tuner or the tune, I'd love to hear about your experiences.

Thanks.

Tuners smooth out the shift points in the transmission and allow for a better air/fuel mixture and thus acceleration. I have the SCT tuner from Brenspeed.

And how do you like it? Anybody else got anything to add? Do it or not?

Thanks.

As I indicated it added increased hp, smoothed out the transmission points and is very easy to use with the tunes supplied by Brenspeed.

I don't have one, I'm not allowed to mod till the car is paid for, but this is the first mod most people do. It's also needed for most other mods that can be done. Some tuners such as BAMA at american muscle also give you free tunes for life with the purchase so any mods you make that require a tune down the road are covered!

Well with that $733 you have saved after quitting smoking you could buy one lol.

Well, I ordered one from Steeda.ca along with their custom tunes for my car (with the mods).
Only driven my Pony once since then but there do seem to be a difference.
Better bottom end and firmer shifting is what I've noticed mostly so far.
Future drives will tell me more....

So far I'm impressed though.
