Bolt pattern is the same, offset is different. The 05-up wheels have more backspacing, so they would tuck under the car a bit too much on the 94-04 cars. Difference is about 1/2", not huge, but visually it doesn't work well.

Thanks for the info and tips guys! Just curious, are there any safety concerns with using spacers? I have had no experience with them at all, and it is my kid, so I won't be allowing him to jepordize safety for a nice set of rims.

Not really, as long as you get enough threads catching.
