2003 Rear Window Louvers

I would like to get feedback on rear window louvers on a 2003 Mustangs. I see two types are available. ABS plastic & aluminium. Which would be the better choice & were can they be bought in the Whitby area. My car is white so would it look better to leave the louvers black or to colour match the car? Your thoughts please.

I would say it is better to leave it black for contrast but if you have white or chrome rims and have your mirrors painted black then having it painted white could work.

Can't help you on where to get one in your area though.

there are some mustang shops online that sell them, Americanmuscle.com and Mrbodykit.com I know for sure that they sell them, best would be americal muscle, most of thier stuff is cheaper than others, but the biggest problem is going to be shipping, because of the size it's going to have to come by truck.
as for material, i'd go with the ABS, or fiberglass material. the price on aluminum is gunna rape you, and it's kind of a bit of a shame to paint over it any color imo.. I had Fiberglass Louvres on my 82 z28 and loved them.

good luck

it would give your car a retro look for sure. the board has a virual auto body section and some of the guys there are really good at photo choping stuff on to a guys car to see if its what you want before you get it done.

I like it and since your in Whitby I would say either DaSilvas or PSP.
DaSilva Racing Your Ford Mustang Toy Store
Paul Silva Performance

Both located in Toronto.
