Clutch problems 2014 GT 5.0L

Hi all,
I am the second owner of my 2014 GT 5.0L. I have had her for almost 3 years and I am now noticing something off with the clutch and trying to see if I need to drop 2500$ or simply do a brake replacement as I am seeing on other forums the fluids are connected?
Instead of my snappy super responsive clutch It now feels lose, and I can no longer "feel" when it engages anymore, I just kind of wing it lol. I have had moments of the clutch "shuddering" pretty bad to the point I think its going to stall. Other times I can smell a strong burning smell.
Although I can still shift into gears no problem and the car still 'goes' essentially. My brakes on the other hand seem fine also. I commute about 30 minutes on a high way and its only when Im almost home at the end of the day that it starts acting up.

Thank you for any response or tips!

Sincerely,
A girl trying to understand mechanics

Can’t wait to see what blucifer will do when built! In the process of building my new s197 as well so can’t wait to see some of the mods you do so I can get a feel for what to/not to do! Got full exhaust with x pipe and cat delete this week, now on to a tune, Black_Beauty5ohh is one step closer to my 400 wheel goal for spring! Keep up the great work man.
