Question day time running lights

i was wondering if you can change the day time running lights around to the turn signals rather than the head lights? can it be done?

i'm sure if you can find a wiring diagram it's possible.. the one thing i noticed that that the daytime running lights on my 2000 were fused completly aside from the highs.. so maybe put a switch in there somehow? that's what i wanted to do to replace my coinholder.
