I know there was a posting about these a few months ago. I saw this video and thought I should post it. Kinda interesting the applications and the abuse they can take.

I agree. But fear not; like everything the auto industry tells us, if something's promised in 10-15 years, that really means either (1) it will take at least double that, or (2) it will never happen at all (kinda like most concept cars). So ugly? Yes. Worried they're comin anytime soon? Not so much.

The use of a tire like this would of course prevent police from using spike strips though......
