They will never last 3 years and be good in the rain or the strip. I have the NT555R EXTREME DRAG 275-40-17's and I really like the tires. I have the drag radial and it is probally good for around 10,000 k tread wear is only 100 and that is if you were not dragging them. Mine have worn down the center to the wear bars already since getting them late last year. They are still fine but would not put 100 % confidence in the wet weather with them. I am sure if I did not race on them they would last longer, but the whole idea was to drive and race and that is why I got them. I allowed myself two seasons on them and than get new ones again so far so good. $500.00 every two years is not bad.

I would seriously look at BFG g-Force T/A® KDW tread wear 300 or Toyo T1-S's tread wear 280. Goodyear F1's suck bad for feathering and wear but good in wet and dry traction. Good luck.

If they do the job good pick. I have heard of them and if you can get them at a good price that is a bonus. I had a boo at them, looks like the goodyear f1 sorta. tread wear 280 like the Toyos. Right on, write up said excellent handling in wet and dry not that great of tread wear on a 17 inch tire. Probally like mine the centers wear out fast as they are buldged a bit. Good luck.

Does anyone know a place where I could buy nitto tires in Ontario or even in canada for that matter. I'm trying to get tires to race and drive as well but can't seem to find nitto's anywhere.

www.steeda.ca is where I got mine and also www.rtmmotorsports.com have them. Your choice. I have only dealt with these two companies for all mods and they are both great. I am sure there are other places around, I only know these two. Give them a call.

They do make that size. Special order I think.

BTW.. Steeda.ca doesn't stock any tires, they distribute them.
