Now my 2010 GT Coupe TrakPak 1 Mustang now has a Ford Racing suspension

Well, my 2010 GT Coupe TrakPak 1 Mustang now has a Ford Racing suspension. It goes onto the track this weekend.
It rides like a Go Kart which is fine ... but I noticed an occassional CLUNK from the rear on bumps or after turning from a standing start under moderate acceleration. Does anyone know what that might be?
Thanks Gang! Alan

Have you checked to see what your clearance is like with the exhaust when sitting on the ground?

Sounds liek a nice setup, you should post some before and after pics to show the drop. If it was installed by a shop I would have them re check everything to make sure nothing is loose.

Thanks for the notes. Everything is tight but I need to get under the car when it is down from the lift. But the equipment was from Ford Racing and the installer was a Ford Racing approved Ford dealer. I should probably give them the problem.
Another interesting thing is that the noise can come from front and back. I am installing Hawk HP Plus track pads on Thursday and I'll take a good look.

But I gotta say, what a great car. What a great sound it makes! Alan

Oh my 05gt had a clunk at low speeds when turning but it was from the front-upper struct problem covered by TSB

Thanks.
I'm taking the car to the installer on Friday and will let you know.
We'll put it on the allignment lift and see what shakes when she is on her wheels.
Regards, Alan
