questions about tinting tail lights
So, I just did the whole smoked clear conner headlight deal, and im thinking I want to smoke my taillights.
First thing i am wondering is this legal in ontario?
I dont want to go like black out...and im not sure which way to go...
I know that you can use something calld nightshades and paint them clear then polish them up, and it looks like people have gotten some amazing results. but have said its hard to control how dark it goes. but it is a DIY job.
Or I can buy a film kit also a DIY deal
or i know that you can send them off to be painted.
any suggestions...personal experinces?
thanks guys.

I guy i know did it to his grand am.
he used the spray on method.
i forget exactly how many coats he put on, but it was about 3-4.
Turned out real good.the more coats the darker it gets.
Lots of different kinds on ebay.
You could also try and go to a tint shop, and they might have something for you.
Not sure if it is legal though.
