Rear quad shocks
#3
they are completely toast on the 89, worn out and the bushings are shot.... just looking to see what i can do with them.... the replacement ford ones are retardedly priced ($236ea retail), i might buy 99-04 if they fit ($55ea). I have to do some research. The 98's have an E4ZZ mount kit that comes with so they can't be that far off.

Get a set of munroe from Canadian Tire. Cheap and work fine.
Even with aftermarket control arms there is still a chance you'll get wheel hope. many do. Most dont. all depends.
PS, took my rear wheel off in the fall and found this. Had to be like this for at least a year lol

If you are still looking, I just removed the Koni quad shocks from my car. I'm looking to sell them. I'm installing a panhard rod and torque arm from maximum motor sports, so I am removing the upper control arms and quad shocks. No leaks, like new, ect. If you are intrested PM me.

i buy a pair of OEM quad shock on ebay . Blueovalindustrie sold 35$us+shiping , it cost me 60$ can . They where brand new with new bolt and bracket to fix on the frame rail .
My dealer Ford sale these shock for 110 each .
And i try a set of monroe at 20$ each . shock are single action so it s not a good shock for a damper.
