Replacing a Chin Splitter

Hi gang

So I am looking to replace the Chin Slitter on my GT/CS as I curbed it and it looks like crap. My question is this. Does the air diffuser also need to be replaced if its not damaged or can I get away with just replacing the actual splitter. I see some places sell them as a lit and some sell them separately.

The splitter can be changed by itself if that is all you need. The one on CJ Pony Parts shows the OEM Ford part number, DR3Z 17626 BA. For comparison with CJ's price, that same part through a Ford Canada dealer has a list price of $655.88, wholesale pricing is $557.50, + HST.

If you don't want to order from CJ, and don't have a local hookup for a deal on Ford parts, I am in the parts dept at the dealership in Waterloo. Bit of a drive, but I can certainly offer you wholesale pricing on it. Something to think about with our dollar down at 90 cents U.S. these days!

cheers

Thanks Mike. Glad that we were able to get you looked after with no issues. Give me a shout if you want to get that tire swapped out too.
