You might want to try MGW Inc for the short throw shifter. They are located in the USA.

I am partial to the Magnaflow Exhaust System. Loud when you punch it will a low rumble at idle. http://www.magnaflow.com/

Hit up youtube and listen to some exhaust clips from cars similar to yours. Its probably the easiest way to find the sound you're looking for.

The fee is charged to your credit card. With the current value of the Canadian dollar against the American you should make out fairly good. I believe there is a 1-800 number on each site. You should give them a call to determine the exact price.

Is the 04 a Gt? I liked my Steeda shifter on the 05gt I used to own but there are a few that people will recommend.

I have had 4 Mustangs with t5/t45 and I put B&M in all of them. For the price I found it to be a great shifter. I assume they would be the same on the t3650. As far as exhaust goes I had a Flowmaster catback on my 2000 and it sounded great but the quality sucked. One of the best sounding combos I've heard was a Magnaflow Magnapack catback with a Mac off-road prochamber.

I'm using the B&M ripper shifter, and have had it in my GT since '03.No complaints yet,and still feels like it did when i first installed it.
I've also heard a lot of good things about MGW shifter.
Exhaust wise.....go to you tube and check exhaust sound clips,or go here....
http://www.mustangexhaust.com/.
Some worry about the quality, myself i go for the sound.I don't daily drive my GT,so it doesn't see snow, and sees no rain, unless i get caught in it,so i don't i don't worry about the quality as much as some, but i do care about the fit.
Right now my GT has the Bassani catted X pipe with 2 1/2 dynomax flowtubes with 2 1/2 Flowmaster 40s "originals" followed by 2 1/2 dynomax tailpipes.I love the sound personally.
