What Model To Buy
#12
I would stay away from the Fox personally. Dollar for dollar, you can get a lot of car, late model for the same price as some of these fox bodies.
Fox bodies stop like ***, corner like *** and are pretty underpowered. They are great to mod and while I think they have nice lines, they have nothing on the new Mustangs and imo are comparable in looks to the 03s.
Its going to be your preference. Go out, drive some stangs in the same price ranger. What about a nice SN vert? You can score some really great deals on the SNs.
High price on a foxbody does not mean the car is mint, just remember that.

Personally i like the notch fox's. BUT 01' GT is definately a gooder too!! Unfortunately i have little money and little mech skill and a 96' GT. My brothers 2000 is a little quicker than mine and i think they look cooler. Fox weight definitely can't be beat though.
1/4 mile rock in the notch's but everyone has them it seems, 01' GT super awesome corner carver and street...

.....and a new edge stang can run well in the 1/4 mile aswell, like 14.00 with a good driver out of the box, then add exhaust, gears, and a tune, mid 13's are the norm. Not bad for a car that is slightly heavier then a fox, then can be driven home with the air on while you relax in those heavily foamed seats LOL!
