Yup. I'd recommend either......I've got the Ford Performance ones, they work great, and a buddy of mine has a JLT on his F150.

Pros and cons to each, function wise they're about the same, Ford Performance ones look factory, but its a bit of a minor pain in the *** to pull the four screws and drain it out.

The JLT is a cylinder, stainless I believe, and you just unscrew it to drain it. Depends what you're looking for, either way you can't go wrong.

Its amazing to see how much oil gets directed back into the intake plenum, it can only help in my opinion.

Both are super easy to install, amazing how they're engineered to bolt right up, takes like ten minutes if that.

Yeah it seems the 10 speed auto is the new kid in town. The MT82 has been reworked, it has two friction discs now and the gears are longer, 4th is now 1:1, 5th and 6th are both overdrive gears. Even though the trans ratios are wider the engine spins to 7400 RPM for 2018 so that helps a bit. The motor has been improved in some peoples opinions because the displacement is up slightly from 2015-2017 by removing the cylinder bore liners and using some sort of spray technology, and the compression ratio is up to 12.0:1 thanks to using port and direct injection. I will drag the car at least once bone stock but what I really want to do is take it on a road course and learn to be a better driver with the new toy going into turns. I thought I would put a smile on peoples face by letting everyone know I am a Chevy Camaro defector, I owned a 1986 modified Z28 from 1987 to 1993. It's been a long time since I have owned a muscle car. I just love the Mustang way more than the Camaro these days, this is going to be my first ever Ford, fingers crossed this baby won’t disappoint.

Back when I was a GM guy, (80's and 90's), I really wanted an IROC but never got to own one, I still say that generations styling is better than the current generation.

Side note, part of the reason I wanted an IROC was the IROC racing series, that was some awesome racing with the number of different series drivers in it, although it was heavily biased towards NASCAR.

I really enjoyed mine, going from bone stock which ran 16.1 in the 1/4 to buying a GM racing crate engine, changing the transmission and rear axle assembly and then finally running a respectable 13.1 @ 106 MPH. I painted the car an awesome GM green that was on the 1989 Chevrolet Beretta. It just looked incredible on my car because I was the only one who had it. The funny thing is I was always bitter towards the guys with the Mustangs of that era because they were so fast, light and cost less money. Although I would never admit it then, the FOX body cars were just awesome. As I grew older and wiser and the internet came alive I did my homework. The 2018 Mustang GT to me now is just amazing. I don’t care if a Camaro SS 1LE is faster on the track, faster does not mean better. The Camaro is just not for me anymore and the Challenger is just a power train straight line car. To me the S550’s do it all very well. Ford nailed this 6th Gen Mustang like it was built with alien technology or someone with a time machine came back a few years and gave them the plans.
