Tire sizes????
Hey again, I need some tire sizes for my new wheels, the fronts are 15 x 4 pro stars and I was thinking 165 85 15, more importantly the rear wheels are 15 x 8 and have 5.5 inch backspacing, I am going to remove the quads as I am installing beefier upper and lower control arms but I need a tire size, I was thinking 255 60 15 or can I go bigger, I dont want to have to roll the fender lip, thanks guys any help is appreciated

Yea I know what you mean about the 99. I had a 2000 with the Good year Eagle tires and found the sidewalls very flat. I hated those tires.

The sidewalls started to deteriorate really bad with big blotchy rough patches and looked like crap. I was really bent out of shape over it as I kept that car absolutely mint and when I shined the tires up they looked like crap. Goodyear wouldn't warranty it as it was only cosmetic. When I argued that the car was a "show car" and the look meant alot to me their argument was that it was probably my tire dressing that caused the issue. I expressed my concern and explained that if tire dressing could damage the tires I was worried about what the road could do to them. I got nowhere and vowed to never buy another Goodyear tire and haven't to this day.
