yup , put er up on some jack stands , put it neuatral , grab the drive shaft and yolk , turn em oposite ways back and forth. if theres alot of play then youve found the culprit. but check both ends to make sure you got the right 1.

For the price of them just replace both....12mm 12point to remove and get them replaced.
If that doesn't fix it then your Drive Shaft is out of balance.
Do you have a Stock, or an Aluminum drive shaft?
Are you sure the vibrations are at the back...? I had a similar problem, and it was my Harmonic balancer. Do you still have your stock 2 piece harmonic balancer?
Once they spin you get vibrations.
To find out if it is spun, pull your SPOUT connector out and check your timing if you haven't changed it then it should be at factory 10* ADV.
Hope this information helps you, and good luck.
