2000-2004 Mustang GT Custom Pro-Charger D-1sc system

2000-2004 custom Pro-Charger D-1sc system for sale. This kit made alot of power on my 2000 gt. This kit will probably blow up your stock motor, but mine survived for 3 years. I made 455 rwhp and 429 rwtq with full exhaust and a tb/ plenum..thats it.

This kit contains
A polished D-1sc headunit with 3.7" pulley
A 3 core intercooler (the big one)
A Vortech mini race bypass valve
A SCT BA 2400 mass air meter
A dirty 4" K&N and 4" custom inlet pipe
A sct 8 program chip with 4 programs -94 oct race
-94 oct street
-91 oct street
valet mode...won't rev over 2500 rpms
42# injectors
Custom upper rad hose
powersteering cooler extensions
serp belt
4 bottles of oil

what you need to get this kit going in your car

fuel pump....or see mustang guy for his cobra tank
blower spark plugs

Other stuff you should have

boost gauge
fuel pressure gauge

As mentioned...this kit has been customized. My tuner told me it would be better if I converted this system from blow through to draw through mass air. I built the custom 4" inlet system with the sct maf and added a vortech bypass valve to re-circulate the air. The drive-ability is great, and I liked the fact that I had something alittle different.

History

I bought this kit used in 2005, and have put 23000 trouble free kilometers on it. The kit was for 96-99 gt's, but i bought the proper bracket for my year ( so the instruction book i have is for 96-99 cars, but its not much different).
The headunit has a very slow leak, but not like the p-1scs, I changed the oil every spring ( must change every 10000 kms) and the level hardly goes down..comes with 4 bottles of oil.

DISCLAIMER..this kit comes with a chip...but I would recommend getting it re-tuned buy your favorite tuner for saftey...

I would like $3000 for this kit

kit is located in north bay and does not include shipping

Not to burst any bubbles, but since I know these blowers and looking at the pics above the Air/Air intercooler looks like it is covered in oil, would the internal seal be pouched?
If it has not been rebuilt chances are it needs it. Have you found yourself topping your blower oil up all the time? I have never had to top mine up in 2 years but then my internal and external seal started to go I then had to top my oil up.
If it needs to be rebuilt I can guide you or the new owner on how to rebuild it, I am currently making a DIY procharger rebuild thread with hows too's and bearing, seal part numbers.
Thought I would point that out.

BTW these blowers are awesome with a 3.70" pulley your looking at 10-11psi max, but the D-1 blowers have a wide amount of boost they will put out.

I just finished scrubbing the intercooler with paint remover...my bodyshop felt the need to paint it with my bumper.

My gauge said 14 psi..i should know how much boost it puts through MY motor...it may vary on a different motor..especially since you have a 5.0.

like i mentioned in my post...i rarely top it up

14 PSI your lucky, ya mine only hits 10....

My original air filter looked the exact same shape as yours does. The D-1 sure loves to suck lol.

Good luck on the sale

Thanks

I would be interested in taking a stock MAF, stock injectors and a stock airbox on trade with purchase of my blower kit

.
I would like to see this, my AT1 unit leaks a bit, and Procharger wants an insane amount of money to fix it. From my research they still leak even after a rebuid..
