My mom works for CMH leasing, they buy newer cars off dealers, auctions, new car lease returns and such, then leases them out again. Then they've got a warranty with the place and cheaper then brand new. There's actually a really big market for it, especially for people that have no credit or bad credit...$300 a month and after a few years...4 i think, then for one more payment...it's yours...you own it.

just curious, but what kind of mileage does that beast get? When our lease is up we need a new FAMILY vehicle, we were thinking of a van but I woudl love an Expetition. MY lease buyouit is 11,000. I have just under a year left and about 5000kms left to go too, DOH, good thing I am gonna be off work for a while and won't be racking up much mileage this year.

it's fully loaded, it's a total pig on gas and does have a tow package including electric brakes.
FYI - my wife did not have a 9 year lease. She had a 3 year lease (we got the truck 1.5 years ago) The payments are cheap because of the downpayment when put down when we got the truck.
