Fuzion Zri 275/40R17 Tire(s)?

Hello All,

I have had Fuzion Zri 275/40R17 tires on my mustang for 10 years now and had a blowout last night and don't really want to buy 4 new tires. Does anyone know or have a tire(s) they want to sell or know where ot buy one?

In desperate need!!! Apparently they don't make them anymore.

Cheers,
Kyle

Welcome, just my opinion, but if you're running on ten year old tires, and one blew out, you're rolling the dice on the other three not doing the same. Again, just my two cents, but I think there are some things that don't really pay to cut corners, tires and brakes being two of the big ones. Buy four matching tires, it might be money now, but if you suffer another blow out, you could kill someone, or yourself, or someone you care about that's in the car with you. Sorry to sound all dramatic, but c'mon.

I agree with the others. Do some nice smoky burnouts, takes some pics and vids, and then replace all 4 is my advice.

Now this is some great advice. If your not interested in doing this, let me borrow them and I will. Then you will have a reason to replace them all.

Or at least replace 2 on the same axle with something current, then do the other 2 later with matching rubber as funds allow.

cheers

I'm with replace all 4 if they're 10 years old; but getting rid of them with doing smokey burnouts sounds fun!
If you're only replacing two, as Ed suggests, keep the new pair on the same axle and make sure you put the newest tires on the back.
If not the first time you step on the brakes hard on a slippery surface you'll find the back and front ends of the car switching places.

Now all he needs to do is sign back in and find the answer to his problem, too bad he hasn't been on since the afternoon he posted. His loss. Nice find Ed, thanks for posting.
